Rest

Don’t push yourself too hard. Many cycling enthusiasts set a pace that their bodies cannot handle because they are not aware of their own limits.


 

It’s important not only to rest during and after a ride, but also to make time for proper rest in your weekly planning. Riding hard seven days a week is not advisable, and you should let your muscles and respiratory system rest for at least one day every week.
