Hydration

Good hydration is a must when biking. That’s why before, during and after cycling it’s important to drink lots of liquids.


 

It is best to take small sips from the water bottle every 15 or 20 minutes, because whether you are aware of it or not, and regardless of whether you feel thirsty or not, your body is asking for water, and if you don’t watch it, you could run into trouble. So control your liquid intake and don’t forget to drink water.
