SPLIT PIVOT

This system allows for separate action on three forces produced on the bicycle: pedalling, braking and suspension. The result is maximum pedalling efficiency with consistent and progressive suspension. The advanced rear suspension of the Lynx allows it to have a greater range while being very lightweight.

GEOMETRY

A more aggressive geometry was designed via a more advanced steering angle of 66º, a greater reach and an even more compact 435 mm rear triangle. All these elements offer the rider a better position while riding, improving the performance and making handling easier during descents. Press Fit 92 mm for maximum stiffness and minimal bending.

BALLISTIC CARBON LAY UP

The Lynx 5 Carbon frame, weighing 2,200 g in M size, is built of B-CL Ballistic Carbon Layup carbon fibres, which incorporates high module fibres with high resistance, developed to withstand stresses during descents. The tie rod is made of high module pressed carbon to obtain maximum resistance and to make it as lightweight as possible.

ENDURO BEARINGS

All the pivots turn on high quality Enduro Bearings, specifically developed to support large workloads and low bearing speed.

BOOST 148MM & THRU AXLE 12MM

It includes the new Boost 148 hub standard that together with the 12mm thru axle increases wheel rigidness and lateral rigidness by 20% and allows compatibility with 27.5"+ wheels. And a rear triangle of 426 mm to improve steering, performance and handling.

TOOL BOX

A compartment for tools is incorporated into the lower part of the down tube. Protected by high density rubber.
