The new Ultimate RC represents a huge step forward for the BH R&D team. It has exactly the same shapes and design as the Ultimate; longer upper tube, short chainstays and an advanced steering angle. It incorporates Toray T800 and T700 carbon fibres that guarantee the perfect balance between stiffness and lightness.
It’s different because
It incorporates a technology for monocoque frames that applies high pressure in the mould to reach the highest levels of compact material and eliminate inconsistent pressures in the frame that create bubbles and imperfections. This manufacturing system allows control and optimisation of the ideal thicknesses on the different parts of the frame.

ULTIMATE DNA
Inspired by the Ultimate frame. Its construction guarantees the quality standards, the development with leading manufacturers of the sector and the R&D technology applied in the Ultimate. Its advanced steering angle of 68.5º gives the cyclist greater confidence, stability during riding and in technical areas.
PERFORMANCE CARBON LAY-UP
Its manufacture with P-CL carbon results in a frame of just 1,350 grams in the medium size, which is used in the Ultimate RC models. This manufacturing system allows control and optimisation of the ideal thicknesses on the different parts of the frame.
BOOST 148MM & THRU AXLE 12MM
It includes the new Boost 148 hub standard that together with the 12mm thru axle increases wheel rigidness and lateral rigidness by 20% and allows compatibility with 27.5"+ wheels. And a rear triangle of 426 mm to improve steering, performance and handling.
EVO BRAKE MOUNT
The rear triangle has been expressly developed to house the EVO Brake Mount system. Their optimal slope angle reduces the vibrations and increases braking power.
CABLE GUIDE
The cable guiding system is internal in the Ultimte RC range.
DI2 INTEGRATED
The electronic gear change is fully housed and hidden. Using the patented «clip» system on the bottom bracket. It is discreet, lightweight, isolated from humidity and allows easy assembly.
