QUARTZ AERO DISC

The new design of the Aero Quartz Disc road bike guarantees an endurance bike for all types of cyclists
with high levels of comfort and stability and an optimal combination of stiffness and weight.

This is your bike if your goal is an aerodynamic, reactive and lightweight bike.
With a geometry that allows a more relaxed position and a stable ride.

Breaking new ground

The Quartz Disc road bike consists of a monocoque frame made entirely of carbon fibres with frame core removal technology.

HCIM. This exclusive system consists of applying high internal pressure to the mould in order to achieve the highest levels of compact material, thereby eliminating pressure variations and bubbles and imperfections in the carbon.

GRAN FONDO DISC

Its comfortable ride and excellent stiffness-weight ratio has made it the preferred choice of most cyclists, those who are not addicted to racing but like taking many different types of rides. Enthusiasts who love spending their entire weekend pedalling have found their perfect companions in BH Quartz bikes.

The main premise is clear: to create a comfortable bike. The new Quartz Aero Disc features a longer steering tube, allowing for a less forced body position while maintaining a slim aesthetic. This is key to the feeling of confidence and stability during descents.
To maintain the intensity of ascents and accelerations, the rear part is very short and, combined with a short seat tube, enables the cyclist to enjoy a relaxed position and optimum reactivity. Geometry is the heart of any bike and it has been painstakingly taken care of in the BH Quartz line.

BH

EFFICIENCY AND BALANCE

The result is a reactive bicycle, with semi-sloping geometrics -406 mm rear triangle- and very lightweight, 870 grams weight.

BH

KAMM TAIL DESIGN

In the design and construction of the Quartz range, BH has opted for a reactive frame that is lighter and offers optimal performance without sacrificing stability, providing added safety in its performance. Its Kamm Tail construction of the tubes optimises the passage of air.

BH

AERODYNAMIC FORK

The Quartz fork, like that of the G7, is manufactured using a unique carbon design which fits the headset like a glove. The result is a smooth transition between frame and fork in both looks and performance.

BH

FLAT MOUNT -  THRU AXLE 12 MM

The new frame design allows clearance for a tyre width of up to 32 mm for cyclists who want extra comfort. The rear and fork of the frame have been designed to withstand the stresses and tensions produced by the new attachment of the 140 mm disc brakes.

BH

MAXIMUM STIFFNESS

The rear chainstay design is asymmetrical, as in the other BH top of the line frames, in order to increase the lateral stiffness of the frame and to allow installation of wider wheel designs.
