The Aerolight frame is manufactured from MNT700 carbon using the Hollow Core Internal Moulding technology in vacuum that allows controlling and optimising the layers of carbon fibre according to the area and the forces this suffers, that way managing to lighten it to the maximum without losing rigidity.

The fork and the frame surround the wheels creating a flat surface that stabilises the air from its entry through the steering stem to its exit through the rear train.  The stem of 100% carbon is totally aligned with the horizontal tube and the brakes are integrated to achieve clean and stylish lines.  In addition, the cabling is internally routed.  All these aerodynamic innovations, added to its aggressive geometrics, make the Aerolight an authentic machine against the chrono. 

The frame includes the standard BB386 EVO bottom bracket of 86.5 mm that increases the support surface of the axle, that way increasing the resistance to lateral torsion.  In addition, the support for the integrated front derailleur with FDM technology provides more precision and sensitivity when changing the chainrings. 

This layout is available in four different sizes and you can optimise your position thanks to the four different sizes of stem, in turn adjustable to four heights, and to the seat adjustment rail that allows varying its angle between 74º and 78º.
