HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
IF YOU COLLECTED YOUR ORDER FROM A BH BIKES DEALER
You can return your order to us by exercising your right of withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days. The return will be made at the "Collection point", after notifying us.
You need to contact our Customer Services Department at our email address hola@bhbikes.com.
When the condition of the goods has been checked, the amount paid for the item will be refunded.
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account that you provide to us.
IF YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME
You can return your order to us by exercising your right of withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days. You will return the item(s) from your home.
