The routes keep extending with the new iRS1, featuring the new BHZ by Seg Automotive motor and up to 810Wh of range, allowing you to conquer that summit or complete that demanding route once again.

PERFORMANCE CARBON LAYUP

The sensations we seek with the new iRS1 are power, range, and lightness, combined with a design that guarantees maximum performance and optimal ergonomics for long-distance rides.

The iRS1 is built with the same technology as BH's high-end frames, using the Hollow Core Internal Molding technique. This process of internal hollowing and high pressure ensures the highest levels of material compaction, eliminates inconsistent pressures, and prevents the formation of bubbles and imperfections in the carbon.

Additionally, we use Performance Carbon Layup, a type of carbon that maximizes the balance between lightness and rigidity, providing an exceptional bike in all aspects.

BHZ MOTOR BY SEG AUTOMOTIVE

With a maximum torque of 65 Nm, a weight of 2.1 kg, and a peak power of 500W, this motor is designed to deliver exceptional performance.

Its major innovations lie in the assistance management, providing an immediate motor response during start-up and braking, a progressive and natural power delivery, and 100% assistance at all times. Additionally, it features a smoother cut-off when reaching the speed limit and is virtually silent.

Designed and built in Spain, it offers a 5-year warranty.

UP TO 810WH

All models come equipped with a 630Wh battery located in the down tube, weighing 2.6 kg. This battery, composed of 21700 cells with 5.8Ah, offers maximum energy density, allowing more energy storage in a compact space, resulting in a low center of gravity for a natural ride.

Additionally, the XPro external battery provides an additional 180Wh, increasing the range up to 195 km.

iBUTTON - BLUETOOTH CONTROL & WIRELESS DESIGN
Two coin-sized wireless Bluetooth buttons that can be mounted anywhere on the handlebar with elastic bands, even under bar tape. Battery- powered wireless operation connects seamlessly via Bluetooth to your bike's system for instant control access.

SMART FUNCTIONS
Each button offers dual functionality with short and long press actions: increase/decrease assistance, lights on/off, and walk assist activation.

The advanced i-CONNECTZ mobile app allows complete personalization of button functions, letting you customize each button's short and long press actions to match your riding preferences.

LED STATUS INDICATOR
Integrated LED indicator provides real-time feedback on battery level and connection status, ensuring you're always informed about your iButtons' operational state.

The Kamm Tail shapes in the tube sections make the iRS1 a 100% aerodynamically efficient bike.

In the iRS1, the aerodynamic design ensures that the air flows without creating pressure zones that could affect our speed or the effectiveness of the watts applied. In other words, we have optimized every effort to ensure exceptional performance with each pedal stroke.

INTEGRATED HEADSET AND HANDLEBAR

In the top-end model, the headset and handlebar are integrated into a single block at the head tube. This design not only provides an impeccable aesthetic but also maximizes aerodynamics and air penetration.

QUICK LEVERS

In line with integration, the iRS1 adopts hidden lever wheel closures, allowing tool-free wheel removal while maintaining a clean aesthetic and improving aerodynamics.

HIDDEN SEAT POST CLAMP SYSTEM

Located within the seat tube for maximum aerodynamics and bike rigidity. The innovative clamping system at the top of the iRS1’s top tube ensures optimal hold with less clamping force, 3/5 Nm.
