New G6 Pro Generation
The development department of BH Bikes does not rest. Good proof of that is the launching of the G6 Pro in the 2015 collection that with new evolutions has become the most aerodynamic frame every produced by the company up to now.
In the following video from BH Bikes TV, the designer Peter Shigo shows us how he has redesigned all that is necessary to achieve the perfect frame.
The new G6 Pro uses the innovative Direct Mount system of brakes that with its double anchoring provides more braking precision and power much higher than the traditional system. The rear brake is positioned below the bottom bracket, allowing maximum weight reduction of the rods and gaining in aerodynamics.
Peter also shows us how the front derailleur anchor has been improved. With FDM technology providing more support surface, giving better precision, rigidity and sensitivity in the change, and increasing its range to cover the largest chainrings.
Other outstanding points are the oversized pedal box BB386EVO of 86.5 mm and the integration of the battery for the electronic gears into the the seat post.
