1. REQUIREMENTS TO PLACE ORDERS/PURCHASES

To place an order on the Website you must:

b) be a consumer – not a reseller.

2. OUR RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER OR TO CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE

All orders placed on the Website are subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order or to cancel the purchase contract after automatic order confirmation in the following situations (among others), in which we shall not be liable for any damages, losses or costs (all payments will be refunded):

MONTY BIKES also reserves the right to cancel bulk orders made through automated techniques (bots or scripts) that restrict other users’ ability to access our offers and products.

When you submit your order, we may carry out certain checks before processing it. These checks may include verifying your address, creditworthiness, and fraud detection. Suspected fraud at montybikes.com will be investigated and, if necessary, legal action will be taken.
