If you are not registered, please follow these steps:

• You only need to register once to do that, you will need an e-mail address and personal password.  We will ask you for the billing address and the BH sales point you choose for shipment of your order, when you are placing the order.
• If you require additional information and receiving BH BIKES Newsletter about events, new products, reports and special offers you should mark the corresponding box.  
• Accept the data by clicking of “Register”. Finally you will be sent to your user account, where you can revise, modify or complete your data at any time.

Placing an order

·    After having chosen the article, all you have to do is click on the “purchase” button located on the product page.

·  Your product will be placed in your shopping cart (located at the upper right of the page). You can continue adding new products –“continue shopping”- or start the purchase process by pressing the “make order” button.

·   Then, follow the indicated steps and complete the requested information. The fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory.  The other data is optional and will help us to know you better and be able to offer all that you need.

Delivery times

We are committed to a delivery date in order to do all that is possible to meet and even exceed your expectations.

The period for receiving the orders at the BH collection point you have chosen is between 7 to 10 days (always in accord to availability of the same).  You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has reached the selected collection point.

This delivery date is valid for all the orders received before 12:00 midday.  The delivery date for all orders after that time will be calculated as from the following day.

After having made your order you can check its status by accessing your account in the “My orders” section.
