The new BH Bikes’ racing machine arrives with a fully-renewed geometry to improve descents based on the experience acquired in Enduro. The reach is 15mm longer and the head angle now reaches 68.5º, keeping the short 430mm chainstay. These changes make the Ultimate very aggressive on descents and incredibly reactive in spurts.   

The new frame is built by the same moulding and lamination method as high-end road bikes. A weight of 950g in MD size is reached thanks to a carbon fibre high-modular helmet, although reliability and rigidity always come first, just as high-level competition requires.  

Comfort has been improved due to the flat shape of the seatstays, which has been studied to absorb vibrations caused in the rear. In addition, also rigidity increases, thanks to the Press Fit 92 bottom bracket box, the 142x12mm rear thru axle and the positioning of the carbon layers on areas suffering the most.   

Another key point of the new Ultimate 29” is the compatibility with telescopic shanks and Di2 groupsets. To keep the battery safe from moisture and being hit, it can be placed on the bottom bracket box with a simple binding system.
